Dr. Thomas N. Duening

Thomas Duening is the El Pomar Chair of Business & Entrepreneurship in the College of Business at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Dr. Duening earned his PhD in higher education from the University of Minnesota.

He is the author of numerous journal articles and 19 books. Duening is the founder of the Positive Organizational Behavior Research Group and author of Leading the Positive Organization. His current research focuses on enactive, embodied cognition, and on intelligence in the natural world.
